A Strong Philosophy of Services
From the start, VanDemark & Lynch has adhered to a strong philosophy that emphasizes quality, responsiveness, and a focus on the client's needs. Over the years, this philosophy has been further strengthened by the application of processes, personnel, and technologies to ensure excellence at every step.

For example, we have implemented rigorous quality assurance processes that result in careful management of each of the following areas:
  Quality management: VanDemark & Lynch's Quality Assurance officer oversees the work on every project, monitoring progress to assure the project achieves the client's goal within budget and on time. He is responsible for providing each project manager with the means and methods needed to achieve total quality.
Client management: Because our goal is to provide each client with the product desired, we discuss all aspects of the project and provide written proposals detailing the scope of the work, the schedule, and the budget. By doing so, we minimize unnecessary costs, while making sure that our work meets the client's expectations.
Personnel management: We strive to attract and retain the best personnel available, and to keep employees current with the latest technologies and concepts related to their responsibilities. We also emphasize a team approach that encourages constant communication between all professionals working on a particular project.
Accounts management: A project management specialist tracks the cost for each job on a constant basis, comparing current expenditures with the budget. Any problem areas or changes in project scope are reviewed with the client.
Project management: To ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, a single project manager oversees preparation of the initial job plan, production of each project phase, and coordination of all work with the client, regulatory agencies, and any outside consultants.
File management: VanDemark & Lynch maintains files on present and past projects, including engineering literature, product data, plans, and other vital documents. These are managed by full-time specialists.
